Olhos d'Agua is a relaxed, family resort located about 20 miles from Faro airport, midway between Albufeira and Vilamoura.
							There are no discos or clubs in Olhos, these can be found in nearby Oura. But there are plenty of excellent restaurants serving tasty, traditional Portuguese dishes and wines or, if preferred, international cuisine. Favourites are local fresh fish like sea bream, piri-piri chicken and ameijous na cataplana, a delicious stew of clams, ham, onion, paprika and white wine.
Olhos is a fishing village where local people and restauranteurs buy fish direct from the boats or the small fish market.
								The beach is gently sloping with glorious sand, ideal for families. There is a sheltered bay which opens at one end to miles of sand all the way to Vilamoura
